EP006 - The Designer Podcast - Progressive

This month I slow things down a bit with some progressive house / progressive trance. If you like Deadmau5, you will like this mix. On the Deadmau5 note, I am so over that sound after this mix. Typically a remixer/producer rises to popularity, does some of their own work, then applies subtle variations of that to another person’s track as a remixer. Deadmau5’s sound for me has run its course and really is in dire need of a revision or evolution. (The same can be said for Starkillers as of late.)

This mix features new tracks as well as some older tracks that just dovetail nicely into its overall sound. Deadmau5, Kaskade, Adam K & Soho, Kobe & Austin Leeds, Starecase, a stellar new track on Armind by Orjan Nilsen and many more.

This set is a nice driving set or background set while working. Enjoy.
